You are probably having have cache problems, but don't feel bad, I have them a lot too.

If you are using MS Internet Explorer, go to
tools menu
internet options...
under temporary internet files, hit delete files and click on the delete offline content option also when that pops up.
that'll clear your cache

if the problem persists (which it probably will), then I bet it happens when you go to the page from your favorites list.
If so, delete it from your favorites, then re-add it and you should be OK

If you are using Netscape,

under edit

go to preferences

select advanced

click cache

hit clear mmeory cache and clear disk cache

then hit OK

hit feedback if this does not fix the problem...
